According to many years of research, trial and error of when should you be replacing your toothbrush – conclusion and the most accurate result is at least every 3 months.
What happens if I haven’t been replacing my toothbrush?
Over a period of time, the bristles on your toothbrush will break, weaken, twist and bend in different ways. This is called bristle flaring, which happens when water, brushing movements and toothpaste are all mixing together – so with every cycle of brushing your toothbrush deteriorates gradually.
Does it affect my oral health?
